

What is IPC 303 IPC 303 is a section of the Indian Penal Code that deals with the punishment for murder by a person who is already serving a life sentence. According to IPC 303, such a person shall be punished with death. However, this section was declared unconstitutional and void by the Supreme Court of India in 1983, on the grounds that it violated the right to equality and the right to life. Therefore, IPC 303 is no longer in force in India.
